Reservations & Deposits

Booking Deposit: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to one (1) night's stay will be charged at the time of booking.
Two-night minimum stay required

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: Standard arrival is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Early/Late Arrivals: Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive before or after this window; we will do our best to accommodate you.

Self Check-In: Available for arrivals after 6:00 PM.

Check-Out: Standard departure is by 11:00 AM.

Late Check-Out: You may request a late check-out of 2:00 PM for an additional $25 fee, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

Service Charge: All cancellations are subject to a $25 non-refundable service charge.

15+ Days Prior Notice: Your deposit will be refunded, minus the $25 service charge.

7 to 14 Days Notice: Cancellations made within this window will be charged 50% () of the total stay.

Less than 7 Days Notice: Your deposit will be forfeited. Flexibility: The $25 cancellation fee is waived if you choose to transfer your deposit to a new booking date.

PLEASE NOTE- We do not refund early departures.

Groups of 4-5 rooms: We kindly ask for a cancellation 30-day notice. 14-day notice 50% of the stay will be charged. Less than 7 days notice, the entire amount of your stay will be charged.

Smoking Policy

Indoor Areas: Our property is strictly smoke-free indoors.

Outdoor Areas: Smoking is ONLY permitted behind the property in the outdoor patio area near the fire pit and in the spaces beyond.

Courtesy: Please be courteous to other guests and dispose of waste properly while using outdoor areas.

Damages & Room Condition

Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furnishings, or common areas beyond normal wear and tear.

Specialized Cleaning: A fee may be applied if the room requires professional deep cleaning (e.g., evidence of smoking indoors or significant spills/stains).

Authorization: By booking, you authorize the property to charge the credit card on file for the costs of repairs or professional restoration.

Occupancy & Unregistered Guests

Unregistered Guests: For the safety and security of all residents, only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property after 9:00 PM.

Room Capacity: Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests specified during booking. Please notify us if you wish to have a visitor during the day.

Our mission is to be a romantic/relaxing retreat, as a courtesy to our guests, we respectfully request no children under the age of 12.
